Everybody has to work (well, most of us anyway).  The trick is to enjoy what you do.  Delta Water Laboratories is a very easy company to work with.  Our opinion is that the sales person's job is to take care of the customers and our job is to take care of the sales person.  This helps make Delta a great home for a good representative.  

Delta Water Labs is growing fast.  We are looking for Independent Representatives and/or Sales Representatives in the Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, Oklahoma City, and Albuquerque areas.  Other areas will be considered depending upon your experience.

• Water treatment testing experience. We currently are searching for people that are proficient in basic water treatment analytical testing. Experience could come from water treatment plant, industrial plant, or from water treatment sales and service. The only likely exception to this would be the manufacturer's representative that has a following in the industry and only needs help with the testing.  Sales people that have had difficulties with the corporate environment often find a home with Delta Water Laboratories. A technical degree or equivalent experience is a plus. Many of the people you will be dealing with have degrees, and often even the ones that don't have a degree will appreciate your qualifications.  
• Excellent sales skills and the desire to succeed. Delta Water Laboratories pays excellent commissions. The combination of desire and ability can lead to eventual 6-figure annual income. You should also be fairly pleasant to work with. We are a happy team and want to keep it that way.
• Desire to stay in a particular area (or the desire to move back home and stay). It takes several years to build a superior territory. Water treatment accounts often take a number of years to build sales through trust.
• Ability to be self-motivated and fairly independent. With the freedom to work much as you please other than check-in with the office and submit reports, Delta Water Laboratories gives you the latitude to be yourself. Along with this freedom comes the responsibility to motivate yourself and realize that you are rewarded according to your sales.
